A small place to begin

Set a timer once or twice today. When it goes off, just pause and notice how you are feeling.

See if you can sense what prompted it. A thought, an interaction, a moment. If you can't identify it, that is completely fine.

You don't need to fix anything. You don't need to change anything. This is not about fixing.

It is simply about noticing. Because it is easy to assume you have felt the same way all day. And when you start paying attention, you often find that isn't true at all.

That noticing is where everything begins.
